Former Mandaluyong City mayor Ernesto Domingo has passed away on Monday, March 30. He was 92. According to his family, the former mayor died due to heart and lung failure. He tested negative for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Domingo served the constituents of Mandaluyong as councilor and city mayor for 16 years. He was also an executive of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) executive for 25 years, and the head of DIAR’s Assistance, Inc. for 49 years.
